独占契約書類に下記２点の追記をお願いできますでしょうか。

１．年間2万個の注文を達成した場合は、独占契約は翌1年間も自動延長となる。
→年間2万個の発注は弊社としても多大な営業努力が必要です。条件達成後に契約を解除されたり、最低購入数を引き上げられると大きな損失が出てしまうため追記をお願いいたします。

２．契約期間中はO ring packing等のメンテナンス部品も供給可能として頂くこと。
→こちらは顧客へのアフターサービスを滞りなく提供するために必要です。

Would you add the following two points at the document of exclusive contract?

1. If 20,000 orders are made in a year, the exclusive contract is automatically renewed for another 1 (one) year.
→Our company has to make a great effort in sales to receive 20,000 orders a year. If the contract is cancelled after satisfying a condition and minimum purchase volume is increased, we will have a huge loss. For this reason, may we ask you to add them?

2. We ask that we can provide the parts for maintenance such as O ring packing during the contract period.
→We need it to provide the service after purchasing to customers all the time.
