私なりに滑らかに仕上げる方法を考えてみましたので添付した動画をご確認下さい。

工程１、本体と同じパウダーを湿らせて棒状に伸ばします。
工程２、それをカッターで4㎜ずつ程度にカットします。
工程３、カットした材料を本体の段差部分に継ぎ足します。
工程４、その後、乾燥したパウダーを付けて手で転がします。

全て同じ材料を使って仕上げれば、見た目はとても滑らかになります。
慣れれば1本10秒もかからずに終わります。

この方法で試してみて頂けないでしょうか？
現実的に量産可能かどうかご検討下さい。

I thought about a method to finish smoothly on my own, so please check the attached movie.

Step 1, Dampen the same powder as the original and stretch it like a bar.
Step 2, cut it to about 4 mm each with a cutter.
Step 3, Add the cut material to the stepped part of the main body.
Step 4, then roll the dried powder with hands.

If you finish using same materials, the appearance will be very smooth.
Once you get used to it, you can finish it in less than 10 seconds.

Would you please try it this way?
