前回と同じ条件なのに、なぜ今回は輸送コストが2倍以上になっているのでしょうか。最初に見積もりを運送会社からもらった時は、前回と同じでした。しかし、出荷手配をした時に追加費用を請求してきました。
他社の運賃を比較しても明らかに高いので、彼らは輸送費用をダブルで請求していませんか。

Why the transport fee is twice than before even if the requirement is same as before? When the transport company sent me Quotation at first, the fee was same as before. However, when I was preparing shipment, they request me to pay additional fee.

Because it is quite more expense than other companies, I guess they ask me to pay double, don't they?
