Mar-22-2018 20:37にお客様へ発送完了メールを送りましたが、
伝えた追跡番号に間違いがありました。
本当に申し訳ありません。
"RX00959624"とお伝えしましたが下3桁が記載されておりませんでした。
正しい追跡番号は"RX009596245JP"です。
日本郵便公式サイトで、こちらの追跡番号の配達履歴を調べた所、
"配達完了"と記載されており配達完了となっています。
お手数をお掛けしてしまいますが、
お近くの郵便局へお問い合わせをお願いしてよろしいでしょうか？

We are really sorry for that.
We told it to you as "RX00959624" the three digits below were not written.
The correct tracking number is "RX009596245JP".
When we checked this tracking number in the delivery history at the Japan Post Official site,
it told that it was "completed being delivered".
We are sorry for this trouble,
could you please inquire the nearest post office about it.
