先日、画像でお送りした他社のスティックは私たちが望んでる形状です。
滑らかに仕上げないと他ブランドとの差別化が出来なくなり、日本での販売戦略が成り立ちません。
スティックを機械でコーティングした後、手作業でなら出来るはずです。何とかなりませんか？

今まで長い間コンタクトを取り合って来たので、あなたとのお取引を大事にしたいと思っています。

The picture of stick from other companies you send us earlier is the exact one we wanted.
The selling strategy won't work if the goods are similar to other companies.
After coating the stick by manufactory, hand made should work. Can you do something about it?
