（損害賠償）研修生が、Ａ社又はＡ社のスタッフに対して損害を与えた場合には、前条の保険により賠償させるものとする。保険では填補されない損害が、研修生の故意・又は重過失によるものであるときは、当該損害全額について研修生は賠償の責任を負い、Ｂ社はこれを連帯して保証する。研修生が、Ａ社及びＡ社のスタッフ以外の第三者に損害を与えたときは、原則として研修生が責任を負い、対応するものとする。又、Ｂ社はこれを連帯して保証する。但し、損害の発生がＡ社の指示に起因するときは、この限りではない。

(Compensation for Damages) In the event that the trainee damages the company A or the staff of Company A, it shall be compensated by the insurance under the preceding Article. If the damage cannot be covered by insurance due to intentional or gross negligence of the trainee, the trainee will be responsible for compensation for all the damage and Company B jointly guarantees this. In principle, the trainees shall take responsibility and respond if the trainee damages third parties other than the Company A or their staffs. In addition, Company B jointly guarantees this. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when the occurrence of damage is caused by the instructions from Company A.
