Please let me be sure about the following points.

1. MERIDIAN makes the application for September, you calculate WAT, right?
2. Are documents for representative change to HMRC needed, in order you conduct VAT application for us?
3. No VAT will be charged on orders delivered to customers in UK directly from Japan, not FBA.
4. No VAT on non-taxed articles like documents.
