本国の郵便局に確認したところ
国外に出てしまった時点で、こちらでは確認できないと返答がきました。
申し訳ないのですが、私の方では問題を解決することができません。

住所はご自宅の住所ですか？それともSFエクスプレスの住所ですか？
SFの住所の場合、郵便局の荷物は受け取り拒否され、返送されることがございます。
ご自宅のご住所をお知らせください。
もし不在の場合でも、郵便局に保管せれるため、再配達が可能です。


イヤリングはチタンタイプに変更できません。
代わりにニッケルフリーのパーツに変更します。

When I checked the post office in my country, I was told that once it is out of the country they cannot confirm any more. I am sorry but there is nothing I can do.

Is the address your home address or your SF express address?
In case of SF address, postal item might be refused to be delivered and maybe sent back.

In case nobody is home, the item can be sotred in the post office and it maybe redelivered.

Earring cannot be changed to titanium type.
I can change it to nickel-free parts.
