１．KOMにて"Aの要求があった。
２．KOM後に、AのBlank Formatが届いた（そこにB、Cの項目があった）
３．KOM後に改訂された、DにてWEIGHT関係図書Eが追加された。
４．REQ1は、具体的にB,Cの要求は記載がない。

具体的な要求の記載や、少なくともKOMで届いたFORMATが見積時にREQ1に添付されていれば理解できるが、
REQ1の内容のみではFORMATの内容まで分かりません。

従いまして、Aの追加要求についてはコストインパクトが発生します。

英語

1. In Kick off meeting, we got request for A.
2. After the kick off meeting, bank format of A was arrived.(It includes items B, and C.)
3. D which was revised after kick off meeting, added the documents E related to WEIGHT.
4. REQUISITION does not have any indication about the requirement of B or C.

We can understand if there are specific indication for the requirement, or at the least the FORMAT that arrived in the kick off meeting was attached to REQUISITION at estimate, but we are not sure the contents of FORMAT only with REQUISITION.

Therefore, cost impact will be happened for additional requirement of A.
