You said A and B is open for the week of July 1st but I have a flight on that day so it would be difficult to do meeting. It is bad that I would not be able to see C, but I would like to meet C another time.
Could you make sure to leave A and B’s schedule open from July 2nd to July 5th? I would contact you back about more details later after discussing with the client.
