Will this service accept the Japanese PayPal or are the cedit cards issued in Japan available for the payment?

We need to enter an address in the US of the buyer who resides in the US and accept returns to our address in Japan.

For this reason, we need to purchase return labels from Japan as our payments.

Another thing is,
even though the shipping date or the shipping weight are changed after purchasing a shipping label, are we doable to ship the goods using the purchased shipping label ?

Or, when we chage the shippinng date, do we need to purchase the shipping label once again after canceling the one we already purchased?
