Would it be acceptable to use Paypal account or Credit card which have been issued in Japan?


We need to accept the return to our Japanese address by inputting the US buyer's address in the US.

To do so, we need to purchase a returning label from Japan which will be paid by us.

Also, in case details such as the shipped date and weight are changed after the shipping label is purchased,
will it work to send by using the purchased label?

Or do we have to cancel once, then purchase new shipping label to change the shipping date?
