支払った金額の一部が保留金になってしまうからですか？

そうであれば弊社が一時的に保留金分を商品代金に上乗せして支払い、後日保留金分のみ返金していただく、もしくは保留金分を次回購入の商品代金に充てていただくといった方法も考えられます。

PayPalを使わせていただけるのであれば初回のテスト注文でも$5000以上発注できます。

I understand that we need funds beforehand in order to pay the suppliers in advance.
PayPal has immediate payment - are you stating that you can not use these funds immediately after them being deposited into the account? Or maybe is it because some of the amount paid will become a reserve fund?

If so, we may temporarily add the reserve fund to the product price and pay it. We can then refund the reserve fund at a later date. Or, you may use the reserve fund for your next purchase.

If you can use PayPal, then the first test order is available from $5,000.
