そうであれば弊社が一時的に保留金分を商品代金に上乗せして支払い、後日保留金分のみ返金していただく、もしくは保留金分を次回購入の商品代金に充てていただくといった方法も考えられます。

PayPalを使わせていただけるのであれば初回のテスト注文でも$5000以上発注できます。

I can understand about how capital is needed beforehand in order to pay the supplier in advance.
I expect that in PayPal the money will come in in real time but it doesn't mean that the money can be used even if it has come in, does it?
Is it because part of the paid amount will become money on reserve?
