あなた宛送付済の荷物についてご連絡します。郵便局の調査の結果、局員のミスで梱包サイズが規定から超過にも関わらず受理してしまい、追跡サイトに番号が反映されない状態となっていました。商品は数日内に私の元へ返送されます。昨今郵便局は民営化の影響で不慣れな社員が増え、このような事例が多発しています。私は既にこの連絡を局から受け、幸い同じ品の在庫もあったので22日に再送しました。私は別のお客様の問い合わせと取り違えてしまい、この件をお伝えするのが遅れてしまいました。心よりお詫び致します

I would like to inform you about the item delivered to your address. As the result of the Post Office investigation, by an officer's mistake, the item which was bigger size than standard, it was received and it resulted not to reflect its tracking number in the site. The item will be returned to me within a few days. Recently there are officers who are not used to the work because of its firm became private, and there are many cases like this occur. Luckily I was informed this already and had its stock, I could ship it to you again on 22nd. I mistook it for another customer, and I was late to inform you about it. I am sorry.
