I looked into the problem that you couldn't make a bid and found it was an error in the system, not a problem with my account setting.
There were some other buyers who couldn't make a bid, either so I contacted ebay directly to do an investigation.
I will let you know as soon as I get an answer from them.
I do understand how you feel but please be patient and wait for their answer.
