・図面通りの寸法であること
・通話品質はα社のαモデル以上であること
・1.5ｍの高さから垂直に落としても破損しない耐久性
・品質検査表を出荷毎に添付すること
・出荷後に上記品質基準を満足しない製品と発覚した場合は工場の責任で無料で交換、再納品を行うこと。
　補償期間は出荷後1年間

・external design to be carried out by Company A
・external parts design, internal bade design to be carried out by Company B

■Quality
・all items listed in the specifications must be satisfied
・there must be no burr, fuzz or dirt on the product surface at all
・there must be no color leakage and drips in the painted portion
・dimensions must be exactly as in the diagrams
・voice quality must be othe same as or better than Company α's α model
・must have durability that it won't be damaged even when dropped perpendicularly from a height of 1.5ｍの
・quality inspection table must be attached with every shipment
・if products are found not satisfying the above quality standards after shipment, the plant must take responsibility and must replace and redeliver them free of charge
　period of compensation is within a year after shipment.
