日本部の職員は曲の変更を拒みました。
何故なら、純粋に「私たち（日本部の職員）で決めたかった」という気持ちだったからでしょう。
何より自分たちと子どもたちとで作り上げた「はじめての卒業式」なのですから。
これが誤解の例です。
これが今までにいくつも重なり合って、お互いの考えを素直に聞けない環境になってしまいました。
これを改善する為に、まずお互いの考えを尊重するところからはじめることを提案します。
もちろん、日本部の職員はあなたを学校長として尊敬しています。
