まずこの誤解を解きませんか？
例えば、卒業式の歌について。
校長（あなた）は伝統とルールに則り、曲の変更を提案しました。
これはアイデアとしては良いでしょう。
一方、日本部の職員たちは、大好きな子どもたちの門出をお祝いする為にみんなでアイデアを出しあい、卒業式の最高の演出を考えました。しかし「この曲は替えて下さい」と言われてしまいました。
