ＮＥＣから私に、今回の銀行法の改正によりＩＢＭとして何か対応が必要か、という質問がありました。
ＮＥＣは、今後ともＩＢＭのＥＲＰを続けることに、何か問題が生じないか心配しての質問です。
また、銀行法改正の話が、最近、日本の新聞等で盛んに報道ています。これは、銀行法改正の具体的な運用を定める施行令が、近い内に出されるためだと思われます。
先に、山田さんが指摘したように、施行令の内容によっては、最悪の場合、ＩＢＭがこのままの状態では、日本でのビジネスが継続できなくなる危険性もあります。

NEC worries whether any problem will occur by keeping ERP of IBM in the future, and asks me.
Recently, the articles about revision of bank law are reported by Japanese newspaper, etc.
It seems to be because enforcement order to decide the detail operation of Banking Act revision will be announced in near future.
As Mr. Yamada pointed out before, depending on the content of the enforcement order, IBM will possibly not be able to continue the business in Japan if the situation will not be changed.
