出張中にPCの盗難にあってしまい、今までのメール全てが失われてしました。
今までの経緯もメールが無いため、わからなくなってしまっている状況です。
ですので、私がしなければならない事項を再度送っていただけないでしょうか？

本件については、上長に確認しなければならない事項になりますので、
来週月曜に上長と相談の上、回答させて下さい。

エレメントの洗浄ですが、16枚の不良が出てしまっています。
他社から借りる必要がありますため、調整するのに時間をいただきたく存じます。

My PC was stolen during business trip. Then lost all e-mails I've received so far.
Thus I can't check what happened up until now.
So could you please re-send an e-mail that mentions the items what I have to address.

Please let me respond about this next Monday after consulting it with my senior since this is the matter that I have to speak to him/her about.

Regarding the cleaning of element, we've found 16 defects.
Please kindly spare us some time to adjust it since it needs to be borrowed from other companies.
