それから「その証明書は転送会社に依頼をすれば取得することができる」とも言われました。そこで質問です。いつも商品が届いたときに受領のEメールが送られてきますが、それに記載されているTracking Numberをお伝えしますので、その荷物が日本へ出荷されたことを証明できる書類をいただくことは可能でしょうか？以下にAmazonとのやり取りのメール内容も記載しておきます。それではお返事お待ちしています。

I would like to know if you could issue a certificate which verifies the product was shipped to Japan, if I let you know the tracking number indicated on the receipt e-mail I always receive when product is delivered.
