Located at 2140 Kuhio Avenue, The Four Paddle condo development is a towering, 25-story complex that houses 250 privately owned apartment residences. Originally built back in 1974, condos for sale at Four Paddle offer a tremendous value to potential home buyers who may be looking for a good deal, especially since the Ritz Carlton development across the street blocks some of the would-be ocean views from many units inside the building. Even still, the city and partial water views are still pretty spectacular at the Four Paddle, and Waikiki Beach is still only a 10 minute walk, so there’s really not much to complain about once calling the building home.
