発送する前に、機器の上部にある両方のツマミが少しグラグラしている事に気がつきました。
検品したところ、録音された音量を調整するツマミが反応しませんでした。
録音された音源は一定の音量で再生いますが、これを調整する事ができません。
恐らく、ボリュームのツマミが故障している事が原因です。
その他の動作には問題はありませんでした。
故障している事がわかった以上、このまま発送する事ができない為にご連絡致しました。
お支払い頂いた一部を返金するか、商品をキャンセルするか選択頂ければ幸いです、

Before the shipment, we found that both knob at the upper part of machine became unstable to wobbly.
As we inspected, the recorded volume dial did not respond.
The recorded sound source can be played under the certain volume, but it cannot be adjusted.
We assume that this is caused by the malfunction of the volume dial.
There should be no problems on other behaviors.
We are contacting to you because we cannot ship this since we found out it had been out of order.
Please advise us whether you prefer us to refund a part amount of payment, or cancel this order.
