b.　各部品の価格（value）と数量が記載されたインボイス（インボイスとパッキングリストとの整合性）

ｂの場合、通関手続きに時間がかかるかもしれません。

(We) need to submit either of following documents to Tokyo customs.
a. Photos or statements which can confirm that each part written on the packing list has been assembled and loaded on the ship
b. Invoice that shows the values and quantities of each part (Consistency of both invoice and packing list)

In case with b, it might take longer for the custom procedures.
