私は以前あなたからこの商品を購入しました。
それは日本に住む私の友人へのプレゼントでした。
クリスマスには少し遅れたが、日本の友人に届きました。
しかし、箱を開けて　ライトセーバーのスイッチを入れると発光するが、直ぐにきえてしまい使い物になりません。私の友人はとても悲しがっています。どうしたらよいか？交換するにしても日本からUSAに送り返すには高額な費用がかかります。できれば全額返金してほしい。

I have purchased products from you in the past.
It was a present to a friend in Japan.
It is a bit late for Christmas, but I sent it to friend in Japan.
However, upon opening the box and turning on the switch of the lightsaber, it was discovered that the light soon faded. This doesn't make it much of a product. My friend is very disappointed. What can I do about this? Having it exchanged would cost a fair deal of money seeing as it has to be shipped from Japan to the USA. If possible, can I have my money back instead? The product is useless.
