しかし、箱を開けて　ライトセーバーのスイッチを入れると発光するが、直ぐにきえてしまい使い物になりません。私の友人はとても悲しがっています。どうしたらよいか？交換するにしても日本からUSAに送り返すには高額な費用がかかります。できれば全額返金してほしい。

That was a present for my friend who lives in Japan.
