先にAについて回答致します。

Aがどの程度品質を改善できるかは、わかっていないのが現状ですが、悪い方向にはならないと思います。
前回Aを使用して、良い結果が得られたならば、今回もAにしたほうがいいと考えます。
価格については熱処理の工程が増えるので、厳密に言えばコストは上がるのですが、同じ価格で提供します。
ただし、納期は1週間ほど追加で掛かります。

現在製造中のエレメントも追加で熱処理はできますので、そのように進めたいと思います。

同じくBについてもAを使用したほうが良いかと思います。

At this point, we haven't been sure how much A can improve the quality, but we don't suppose it becomes poor.
We recommend that you use A this time, too, if you found A work well last time.
Technically speaking, use of A leads to an increase in the cost due to some additional heat treatments; however, we will provide the product at the same price with a week longer deadline than the original.

We'll also be able to add heat treatments to the ongoing production of the elements, so we'll do so if you wish.

Speaking of which, we recommend you use A for B, too.
