スケジュールについて説明不足で失礼しました。
企画の骨子と会場案の合意は来週の出張時にしたいと考えています。
ご指摘のあった中旬以降のスケジュールは、骨子が固まった後、A社と弊社の間で行うアップデートを定期的にしていくべく、仮で設定したものです。
テストするための製品は10台くらい貴社で用意いただくことはできますか？

Regarding the schedule after the middle of the month which you pointed, it's temporary as we'd like to have the updates between A & us regularly after the essencial parts are set.
Could you prepare about 10 of the product for having tests?
