御社の言う通り日本郵政に配送済みになってしまっている荷物について問い合わせを行いましたが、やはり御社より頂いた〇〇と〇〇と〇〇の追跡番号では日本郵政は追跡が取れないとのことでした。

再度DHLにも問い合わせを行ったところ御社が発送元であるタイのDHLに日本郵政で追跡可能な追跡番号を問い合わせる必要があるとのことでした。

私の方で御社より頂いた情報でこれ以上荷物の調査は不可能な状態です。
