わたしがレコードをリターンした場合、フル・リファンドだけでなく、返送にかかる費用も負担してもらえるのでしょうか? 追跡番号と¥6,000の補償が付いた国際郵便なら、11£で送ることができます。もし、それが難しいということであれば、$20の割引を検討していただけませんか? わたしはスキップの原因となるスクラッチをルーペで見ましたが、fixするのはかなり難しそうです。

When I send back the record, will you refund not only the product but shipping charge? It takes ￡11 to send by international post with tracking number and 6,000yen compensation.
