承知しました。郵便事情トラブルとはいえ大変長期間お待たせしてしまい、かつ手を尽くしたにも関わらず商品を届けられなかった事改めて深くお詫び致します。その後も複数の輸送業者へ貴国宛商品を迅速に届けられないか調べましたが、保険無し便(紛失リスク大)か船便、DHL(1件90ドル以上かかります)しか選択肢がありませんでした。返金の手続を早急に進めます。完了迄数日要しますのでお待ち下さい。また商品Aは、説明書に書いた通り組立前の物で大型梱包ですが問題ありませんか?念の為確認させて下さい

After that I investigated whether I can deliver the goods to your country quickly by contacting several carriers, but there were only options, without insurance (large risk of loss), sea mail, or DHL (it will cost more than 90 dollars per percel). We will proceed with refund procedure as soon as possible. Please wait as it takes several days to complete. Also, as for the item A, as written in the manual, it is a large packing as it is pre-assembled, and is there a problem? Just in case please let me check beforehand.
