備考: ある製品をアメリカの会社から購入。
受け取った製品に一部初期動作不良があり、それを知らせるも、製品には問題ないとの返事があり、初期の動作不良に関する返事は無かった。今までは、Googleの機械訳のため「変な英語」でのクレームだから無視された感じもするので、しっかりと我々の要望を伝えたい。

もし、輸送中のアクシデントの可能性があるのでしたら、DHLに対応して欲しいです。

偶然、購入した2台には動作に問題がありましたが、
我々が日本で販売するデモに使えないので、早急に対応を対応して欲しいです。
