備考: ある製品をアメリカの会社から購入。
受け取った製品に一部初期動作不良があり、それを知らせるも、製品には問題ないとの返事があり、初期の動作不良に関する返事は無かった。今までは、Googleの機械訳のため「変な英語」でのクレームだから無視された感じもするので、しっかりと我々の要望を伝えたい。

出荷前の映像で「RETRACT」機能は問題無く動作していた事は確認しています。しかし、受け取った製品はスイッチを入れても「RETRACT」は動作しませんでした。

これは、輸送中に起きたトラブルですか？ 何故なら、ケースを初めて開けた時にモーターとつながるチェーンが外れていた。その時、我々が施したことは、それを元につなげ直した事だけです。
その後、tether flightのテストを行い、最後に「RETRACT」をオンにしたが
