備考: クレーマーのお客さんへの返信です。ことある度に文句を言ってきて、今回は商品を分解した後にねじが緩まないから返品しろとか言ってます。ある程度丁寧にかつはっきりとこちらの意思を示したいと思います。あくまで丁寧にお願いします。

状況は理解しましたが、商品に手を加えてしまった後の返品はお受けできません。
写真を見る限り、お客様は分解の途中と見られます。
巻き上げレバーも取り外してますよね？
商品説明は商品の動作に対しての説明であります。それについては返金済みです。
もしそれでも返品する場合はトラッキングナンバー付きの方法で発送し、送料はお客様負担となります。
こちらに商品が届いたとき発送時と状態が異なっている場合、全額返金はできない可能性があります。
