・仕事をする上で大切だと思っているのは、スピード、改善、仕組化、顧客満足です。
・顧客満足を上げる為には、スピードはもちろん、効率良くサービスを提供する為に、仮設検証によって得た成果を仕組化する必要があり、そしてその仕組みは常に改善し続ける必要があると考えています。
・代理店網の構築において、他社と取引していた顧客を自社へ商流変更する事で、売り上げを大きく増やす事に成功した。
