中国における貴社商標の不正登録について、中国の事情に詳しいA弁理士事務所に調査を依頼しました。彼らの調査によると、申請は一旦拒否され、現在は再審査中になっているとの事です。再審査については、通常6ヶ月ほどで終わるそうですので、近いうちに結果が分かると思います。

In regard of an unauthorised registration of trademark at your company in China, I have conferred with A law firm which is familiar with affairs in China. An application rejected once, and now it is in processing again. The reexamination normally takes 6months, I will recieve the result soon.
