こんにちわ。
私は日本人で香港に会社を持っています。
友人の日本人の紹介でこちらにメールを差し上げています。
広州にある会社設立事務所で設立を依頼して作ったのですが
不備が多く不安です。
来年の２月で設立1週年を迎えるため決算を行わなくては
ならないのですが、決算、そして決算以降の会社管理などを
貴方の事務所でお願いすることは可能でしょうか？
またノミニーを探してもらうことは可能ですか？

Hello.
I'm Japanese and I have a company in Hong Kong.
I'm sending this email after hearing about you from my Japanese friend.
I've set up by asking for a company establishing office in Guangzhou, but
there are so many imperfection and I'm feel uneasy.
I have to do the settlement of accounts in February of next year as it's coming to our 1 year anniversary after the establishment, but would it be possible to ask your office to do the settlement of accounts, and then the company management etc. after the settlement of accounts?
Also would it be possible to ask you to find nominees?
