Twin Bliueという製品は分かりませんが、女性用の赤いジャケットは"アジアサイズ"のMediumサイズです。
適応身長は大体154-162cmです。
アジアサイズのXLサイズの女性用もあるが、こちらでも160-170cmの方用なので、男性には小さいかと思います。
工房の方には男性用の赤入りのジャケットが欲しいお客様がいらっしゃる旨をお伝えしますが、何分小さな工房で製造しておりまして、既存の製品を作るので手一杯の状態です。

We are not sure about the product, Twin Blue, very much, but the red jacket for women is M size in 'Asian Size'.
The suitable height is approximately 154cm to 162cm.
We do have a jacket for women in Asian XL size, but still it is suitable for the person whose height is 160cm to 170cm, we are afraid it is a little small to male persons.
We will let our factory know that there is a customer who would like to have a red jacket for men, but unfortunately we cannot do much other than making existing products because we are producing our products in a small workshop.
