グルー1000本の検品が終わったので報告致します。
グルーが漏れていたもの→5本
漏れたグルーで容器同士がくっついたもの 18本
ボトル不良→キャップやノズルが不良のもの→26本
写真を添付するので確認してください。
キャップの締りの悪いものがあってスタッフが確認したところ
ボトルの形成不良がありました。これだとグルーが漏れても
しょうがないと思います。はじめにボトルを点検してから
グルーを充填したほうが良いと思います。
合計49本ありましたのでこの分を時間の発送時に送ってください。
I report the completion of glue, 1000 pieces, inspection.
There were 5 which had leakage.
There were 18 which cartons were stack each other with leaked glue.
There 26 which were with defected caps → with defected caps and nozzles.
Please check them as I will attach the photos.
When staff checked with caps difficult to fit, there was bottle forming defect. There is no way but glue leaks. I think it better to check bottles first and insert glue.
As there were 49 of them, please ship them for the next shipping.
