備考: 荷物の追跡調査おねがいのメールです

9/18に発送して頂いた3個口の荷物の件で調べて頂きたいです。
3つのうち2つは9/24に日本に到着したのですが、トラッキングナンバー12345が、国際交換局から発送されましが、まだ日本に到着していません。日本の郵便局に問合せたところ、発送元からも調べて頂きたいとのことです。前回も箱のダメージ到着があったので、今回も荷物が消失したのではないかと、大変心配しています。3個口の荷物の為、3個揃うまで関税が通過できず、困っています。お忙しいとは思いますが、発送調査を御願いします。

I would like you to investigate regarding the 3 parcels that you dispatched on 9/18.
Two of the three arrived at Japan on 9/24 but the one with with tracking number 12345 issued by outward office of exchange has not arrived to Japan. I asked Japanese Post Office and was told that the sender should investigate also. My parcel last time arrive with damaged box. I am very worried that the parcel might be lost this time. Also I am at loss as all the three has not arrived I cannot get the custom clearance to get into Japan. Could you please investigate this despite your busy schedule.
