気になるのは、なぜ不良が発生したAにガスケットを付けたのか？です。
疑うわけではないのですが、箱を開けた時点で不良と気付いていたなら、ガスケットは付けないと思います。どう思われますか？

そういえば、コミッションの支払いについてはいかがでしょうか？
金額が間違いなければ、サインバックしてメールで送って下さい。原紙は必要ありません。また、一緒にインボイスも送っていただきたく存じます。社内決済が今月末となるので、来月の15日前後にはお支払できると思います。

What concerns me is why defect A was fixed with gasket.
I am not doubting but if realized it was defect when opened the box, there would not have been fixed with the gasket. What do you think about that?

By the way, how about paying commission?
If there is no mistake in amount of money, please sign and return it to me. The real one is not needed. Also please send me invoice together with it. As internal settlement is in late this month, we can pay around 15th next month.
