For true 40 ft  Container order see attached PSE sticker for adapter... I will see if neon transformer with Japan PSE available.. I will tell you tomorrow but I think its no problem. No need to reinvent the wheel and spend $7,000 on testing that has already been done.And yes if you order 40ft containers I would sell you alone in Japan and send all men to you... For example at SEMA car show we do in Las Vegas many Japan businessman want 1 pallet , normally I say no... But I can give them to you if we set up this relationship. This is what I do for Australian man
and this man in the UK ( England ) .. I send all UK men to him.
