先日AMEXカードの割引き適用をさせて頂きました。
メンバーシップのディスカウント欄には年間費免除、送料30％オフと表示がされているのですが、
実際転送依頼をした際に割引きが適用されていませんでした。
更に年間費60ドルの請求もされておりました。
これはどういうことでしょうか？

The other day I used an AMEX discount card.
On the membership discount column a yearly exemption of 30% postage off was displayed but,
when the transfer was actually requested there was no discount applied.
Furthermore, $60 were charged as a yearly fee.
What could this be?
