備考: 部品再送の依頼メールです

先日は、商品の発送をありがとうございました。
日本に到着したのですが、箱が破損しており、雨に濡れて、販売出来ない状態のものがあります。
雨に濡れて製品全体が湿ってします。
写真を添付しますのでご確認下さい。
商品を1つずつ開封して中身を確認したところ、解説書と表紙だけ替えれば、製品として販売出来そうです。
お手数ですが、下記のアイテムNOの表紙と解説書を再送下さい。
次回から商品発送の際は、製品をビニールに包んでから段ボールに入れて下さい。
ご協力よろしくお願い致します。

Thank you for sending the item a few days ago.
They arrived in Japan. However, the box was damaged and wet by rain. I cannot sell some of them.
All items are wet by rain.
As I attach the picture, please check it.
I opened each item and checked what is inside, and found that I can sell if I exchange only the manual and front cover.
I hate to ask you, but would you send the front cover and manual of the item number listed below again?
Please pack an item with vinyl and then put it in cardbox when you send an item from next time.
