まず、アジアとアメリカサイズが異なりますので単純に比較は出来ないのですが、雪駄は通常の靴よりも小さ目に作られています。
丁度のサイズを履くと、カカトと指が日本人でもはみ出ます。これが本来の美しい雪駄の穿き方と言われているのですが、靴に慣れた方だと違和感しか感じないので、あまりオススメしません。
アメリカンサイズで"7"を履いているということなので、換算表を見ると25cmが該当するのですが、間違いなく小さすぎます。
27cmでも横幅が小さいかも知れませんが、履くなら27cmの方です。

First of all, though we cannot compare simply as sizes between Asia and America are different, Setas are made smaller than shoes generally.
When you put the right size, heel and toes come out of it. Though it is an initial beautiful way of wearing Seta, I cannot recommend so much as those who are used to shoes feel uncomfortable.
As you use American size "7", in the conversion table, its says 25cm which is too small without doubt.
Even though 27cm is too small in width, you can choose size 27cm.
