Are other parts all right? Does it work well?
As the condition was perfect before shipment, I guess the damage was caused during transportation.

Would you go to the nearest post office and write damage report?

Or please let me know if you feel you don't need to do that as you can use it.
In that case, I will make refund of xxx dollars though it is a small amount.
