I sent you email to ask you to ship the item with a package after ordering the items. You accepted my request and sent me a reply and told me that you transferred my email to the shipping department. However, I received the order today and all the outside packages of the ten boxes got damages as you can see the attached images. There are iron pipes inside of the items, so that if you ship the items without package, the boxes will get damages during the shipment and there are risks that someone get injury with the pipes if they go outside.
