このitemは、６月28日に発送し、６月29日に配達完了しております。その旨、バイヤー様にお伝えしましたが受け取っていないとのこと。あらたにitemをお送りしましょうか？と連絡をしましたが連絡はありません。どう対応すればいいでしょうか？

This item was shipped on June 28. The delivery is completed on June 26. We told the buyer about this but the buyer said it has not been received. Although we contacted the buyer offering to send another item we have not heard from the buyer. We are not sure how to correspond to this.
