また追加オーダーしたいんですが

少し問題があります
〝LOWETTE w27〟のジッパーが壊れていました
また、前回の商品でも〝ZATINY　008XR　w30〟　のベルトループが付いて無かった
ZATINY　は私も気づかなくて、出荷してクレームになりました
そちらでの出荷の際に何らかのミスかトラブルがあったと思いますが
この件に対処して頂けますか
良い連絡待っています
次回のオーダーも近日中に行いたいと思います

I would like to order some more, however, there is a problem.
LOWETTE w27's zip was broken.
Also in my previous order, ZATINY　008XR　w30 did not have the belt loop.
As I did not notice the missing loop and shipped it, I received a complaint.
I think there was some mistake when you shipped the item.
Could you handle this problem please?
